Perfect Day – Weaving, NubIgloo, Boiler Party
Thanks everyone for a perfect day. How wonderful to return from weaving workshop in Harrisville with Patricia, the latest weaving convert, and discover Richard, Peter and the kids building the ultimate open air igloo, then to barely squeeze in the entryway and find a sliver of new moon hanging right above.
The home brew was fantastic and the boiler room tour made me proud to have such an ingenious heating system and about 2% knowledge of how it works. I know I could have gotten that up to 5% if I hadn’t cut out on Eric’s “seminar” to go eat. Oh well.
Dinner was just great — two delicious stewy soups made with our home raised chickens and pork, rather well prepared I must add! Then a few easy to understand games (thank you Suzy!) and home at an early hour.
Boiler team, you outdid yourselves.
